Smaller offices may only handle biometrics, card collection, and info. Call 217 115 000 to confirm services at your office.
Lisboa I at Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar 20, 1069-119 (weekdays 9am–5pm). A second office, Lisboa II, is at Rua Álvaro Coutinho 14, 1150-025 (weekdays 8am–5pm).
Some offices accept walk-ins for basic services (info, card collection), but biometrics and applications require a scheduled appointment via the AIMA portal or by calling 217 115 000.

Smaller offices (Bragança, Guarda, Horta, Porto Santo, Castelo Branco) generally have shorter waits than Lisbon, Porto, and Faro. However, they may offer fewer services and shorter hours.
